ANOTHER INVITATION

I was delighted to be asked to speak at the Annual Meeting of the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at the University of Massachusetts, Boston this spring.

The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute in Boston is one of approximately 117 OLLIs across North America. These are lifelong learning programs for older adults, located on university campuses, that have been given grants from the Bernard Osher Foundation, a philanthropic organization that believes you are never too old to learn.

Our discussion covered many aspects of lifelong learning for older adults including what is happening in the U.S. and abroad in this field.

Along with that I talked about my book, Learning Later, Living Greater: The Secret for Making the Most of Your After-50 Years, how it came to be written and what it’s about.

We shared a delightful lunch after the talk.
