My two-hour mini-course at the Learning in Retirement Association at the University of Massachusetts Lowell went very well.
Despite the terrific heat of the previous four days (and the room wasn’t air conditioned) about 20 intrepid souls turned out to listen to what I had to say about lifelong learning in the United States and abroad.
We had a great time, got a lot of questions answered, and even sold several copies of my book, “Learning Later, Living Greater: The Secret for Making the Most of Your After-50 Years.”
I came away feeling like I had imparted a lot of useful information, and the attendees seemed to enjoy themselves as well. They sent me a very nice Thank You note!
Till Next Time…
